More Fancy Cuts® Botanicals cards & more!

First, thanks everyone for your comments! I really am motivated to keep at this 'blog thang' for a while. The really wonderful thing is that having this medium has kept me in my craft room... even if just for a few minutes several times a week. This is definitely something I have been wanting to do for a long time and so I really appreciate your encouragement. I also would love it if you signed up to be a Follower on the left side of my blog!

We've all heard the phrase 'when you don't use it, you lose it' and I firmly believe that if we consistently exercise our creative muscles, we'll get better at it. It's just like speaking another language. We can LEARN to be creative... it just takes practice.

I was in my happy place this afternoon helping my friend, Giuliana, with some cards and we were playing with the Fancy Cuts® Botanicals. Here are several 3x3 gift cards that I made without cutting any paper (other than the card bases) or stamping. We had a couple of the big flowers left over and came up with this really simple idea for a gift bag. So simple, but really cute! It's really fun to add the 3-D Foam tape to layer the flowers and make them pop out, too!

P.S. Don't forget... this month I'm offering a very special welcome gift for all new consultants who join my team! You'll have to ask me for more details. Our basic Close To My Heart
consultant kit is only $99 for over $300 in useful scrapbooking & stamping products. Also, your kit includes all the business supplies if you're wanting to do more than support your hobby. I am so blessed with an amazing nation-wide team and we're all connected by our love of the craft... won't you consider joining us? Join My Team Here
