It's also World Card-Making Day and to celebrate, I've joined my first blog-hop. If you've never hopped before, you're in for a treat. What you do is follow the links on each of the CTMH consultant's pages to the next page. So, if you've come from Shirley's blog, just keep hopping along and visit Camy's page next! This is a round robin hop, so you can just keep linking until you come back to me or wherever you started. Please leave comments along the blog... we love fan mail!
So, here's my card. I created this for our Leadership Conference card contest this past July. It was so much fun to create and uses the "Extreme Happiness" stamp set, Emporium Level 2 paper and My Stickease border.
So, here's my card. I created this for our Leadership Conference card contest this past July. It was so much fun to create and uses the "Extreme Happiness" stamp set, Emporium Level 2 paper and My Stickease border.
I used the 3-D foam tape to raise the frame and border, then dotted liquid applique sprinkled with prisma glitter for the paper pieced flower centerpiece. The word Paradise is clear embossed.

ReplyDeleteHey there!! This is a beautiful card! And I love your blog--it looks great! I especially like the new "KISS" member--typical scrapbooker--you have to take a picture of the mess before you clean it! Lol! I would've done the same thing. I just finally started a blog, too...not as wonderful as yours...but I'm working on it. (homewithmyboys.blogspot.com) How's everything??

Your card is breathtaking. Thank you for sharing! Which base are you stationed at in D.C.? We lived there for 4 years while my husband did medical school with the military at Bethesda Naval Base. We are currently stationed in Alaska at Elmendorf AFB! Thanks for your hard work!
